Returns & Refund
Policy

These are non-refundable goods.

We only accept refunds if extraordinary circumstances are met within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note Dream Hair will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

You will be charged the relevant shipping fee as we do not offer a free returns service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy

Dream Hair's policy regarding orders returned to us due to incorrect address input by the customer is as follows:

  1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Orders that are returned to Dream Hair as undeliverable due to incorrect address input by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.

  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the ordering process is accurate and up to date.   Dream Hair will not be held liable for orders that are returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  3. Address Confirmation: Prior to finalising an order, customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of the shipping address entered. Dream Hair will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

 By placing an order with Dream Hair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this "Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy."
