Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions, toppers, mesh, and related hair products are considered hygiene-sensitive items. For health and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, worn, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

We only accept returns or refunds in extraordinary circumstances — such as if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described — and only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, and unopened, with tags and hygiene seals intact, and in its original packaging.

  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Dream Hair will only reimburse the cost of the product itself and not any postage or shipping fees.

To start a return, contact us at dreamhairshrewsbury@gmail.com. You will be charged the relevant return shipping fee, as we do not offer a free returns service. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at dreamhairshrewsbury@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy

Incorrect Address Responsibility:
Orders returned to Dream Hair due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and up to date. Dream Hair will not be held liable for delays, additional costs, or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect address information.
